• Glue roll is processed by cobwebbing, save paste and avoid splash. All rotation rolls are processed by dynamic balance
• Paste gap control and roll gap width can be adjusted by the button in PLC, also can be automatically adjusted with line speed though PLC. Paste tray is pneumatic lifting, easy for cleaning and maintenance
• Pasting angel will be designed according to the site, to make sure the paste is applied onto the corrugated tooth tip
• The gap between the press roller and the pasting wheel can be automatically switched by the servo motor or manually.
